No Charge HPV ASCUC Follow Up Screening
	Please inquire about automatic HPV ASCUS follow up screening for ThinPrep clinics where the majority or total volume is ThinPrep or liquid based. This potentially represents a large savings in HPV testing fees and clinic follow up time.

Quality Control

All slides are screened by an ASCP certified cytologist. All atypical cytology is reviewed by board certified pathologists We review 10% of our total pap smears, not merely the negative population. All slides are retained for a minimum of five years for historical review. All personnel participate in continuing education and professional programs. All personnel take part in CAP approved proficiency testing programs.

Reporting
	Turn-around time is 48 hours in-house. All reports can be faxed or reported in digital format, if requested, with a hard copy to follow. Max turn around time is 5 days to reporting completed.

Fees
	Midwest Cancer Screening can and will lower the overall cost of your laboratory fees. Please give us an opportunity to custom quote for your clinic site based on volume and mix of specimen type.
